Terms of Service

Covenant Automotive LLC

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Covenant Automotive LLC ("Covenant," "we," or "us") website, our communications with you, and the services we perform on your vehicle. By using our website, scheduling an appointment, or authorizing service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Covenant is an independent automotive service company specializing in Lexus and Toyota vehicles. We are open by appointment only. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

2. Estimates and Authorization

We provide an estimate and get your authorization before work begins. If we find that additional work is needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Diagnostic and inspection time is billed as quoted, whether or not you approve the recommended repairs.

3. Replaced Parts

You may request the return of replaced parts when you authorize the repair, except parts that must be returned to a supplier for warranty or core credit.

4. Customer-Supplied Parts

We may decline to install parts supplied by customers. If we agree to install them, we do not warranty the part itself or labor needed to replace it if it fails.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full when work is completed and before your vehicle is released. We may keep your vehicle until charges are paid, as permitted by Ohio law.

6. Vehicle Pickup and Storage

Please pick up your vehicle within three business days after we notify you that it is ready. After that, reasonable daily storage fees may apply. Vehicles left unclaimed will be handled in accordance with Ohio law.

7. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies based on the type of repair performed and the parts used. Your specific warranty terms will be provided on your estimate or invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, customer-supplied parts, or later work performed by others.

8. Personal Property

Please remove valuables before dropping off your vehicle. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of use or rental costs. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

10. Website, Chat, and AI Assistants

Information provided on our website, through chat, or by automated or AI assistants (including Google's assistant on our Business Profile) is general information only. Pricing, availability, and recommendations are confirmed only by our staff or in a written estimate.

11. Text Messages

By providing your mobile number and consent, you agree to receive texts from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Lexus and Toyota are trademarks of Toyota Motor Corporation. Covenant is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Toyota Motor Corporation. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
