Though currently a small but growing independent operation, our facility at 4619 Gateway Circle in Kettering provides a full, comprehensive range of Lexus and Toyota maintenance and repair services. Our three service technicians bring over 70 years of combined Lexus product knowledge and factory training to our bays.

Robert Rapson
CEO | President

Lexus factory trained and ASE Master Certified technician with over 25 years of Lexus service experience.

Bobby's background also includes several years of leadership as a shop foreman, Diagnostic Specialist, and Service Director at Lexus, as well as Service Operations Manager for Rivian. Bobby founded Covenant Automotive in July of 2023.

Adam Fullam
Vice President of Service Operations
Lexus factory trained and ASE Master Certified technician with over 18 years of Lexus service experience.

Adam's background includes years of leading and mentoring up-and-coming technicians. He joined Covenant in the fall of 2023 and was instrumental in the early development of our operations.

Rich Walther
Lead Technician
Lexus factory trained and ASE Master Certified, Rich brings over 27 years of dedicated Lexus service experience to our shop. Serving as our Lead Technician and Diagnostic Specialist, he officially joined Covenant in the fall of 2025.

Jenny Rapson
Assistant to the Regional Manager
Spearheading our customer relations efforts, Jenny holds a Media Communications degree from Asbury University and brings years of experience in social media and online marketing. She joined the Covenant team in the summer of 2025.

Lauren Higgins
Client Services, Logistics, and Business Development
Daughter of the late great John E Higgins, Lauren brings a strong background in inventory management and procurement, as well as years of Lexus dealership experience in varying capacities. She joined Covenant in the fall of 2025.

Daniel Rader
Padawan Learner
A 2025 graduate of the Chesterton Academy of St. Joseph, Daniel is currently an Automotive Technology student at Sinclair University. He joined the Covenant team in the summer of 2025.

We went to Kettering for Thanksgiving and as luck would have it, our car started acting up about an hour out, Tuesday night. A Google search for Lexus repair came up with Covenant Automotive. I called them the next morning and they got me in that afternoon. The holiday complicated getting the parts but they were still able to get it fixed and we were back on the road as scheduled. I was sincerely amazed at their thoroughness in communicating with us during the whole process. They sent us photos and even a video showing what they found, including recommendations for future maintenance/repairs. I am so appreciative for all their help to us!
