At Covenant Automotive, we believe our best clients come from our best clients. Our referral program is a seamless way for us to thank you for introducing friends, family, and colleagues to a higher standard of independent Lexus and Toyota care.

How the Program Works...

We want our referral process to be as precise and seamless as the vehicles we service.

1. For Our Existing Clients (The Referrer)

When you recommend Covenant Automotive to a fellow Lexus or Toyota owner, we want to ensure your advocacy is recognized.

The Action: Pass your official "Invitation to Service Excellence" card to a friend, neighbor, or colleague, ensuring your name is noted on the back.

The Reward: Once your referral completes their first service, a complimentary Covenant Signature Maintenance (CSM) will be credited to your account, valid for use on any future visit.

2. For New Clients (The Referral)

We welcome new clients to the Covenant Automotive family with a FULL Covenant Signature Maintenance service.

The Action: Mention your referrer's name when booking, and present the physical invitation card upon arrival.

The Reward: You will receive your first Covenant Signature Maintenance service entirely complimentary.

*Every client receives a fresh invitation card at vehicle pickup—regardless of whether your visit was paid or complimentary. We believe you, and your referrals, will love having your vehicles serviced with us.*

Program Guidelines & Disclaimers

To maintain the integrity of our operations and ensure the highest level of service for all clients, the following official terms apply:

Eligible Vehicles: Covenant Automotive specializes exclusively in Lexus, Toyota, and Scion platforms. Referral rewards and introductory services apply solely to these makes.

Qualification Criteria: A referral is considered valid once the new client completes their first service at our facility. The new client must be a first-time customer of Covenant Automotive.

Reward Structure: The Complimentary CSM reward for existing clients is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be combined with other specialized campaign offers.

Tracking & Verification: To guarantee proper credit, the referring client's full name must be provided by the new customer at or before the time of service write-up. Rewards cannot be retroactively applied to past services.

Added Filters: Covenant removes and inspects your vehicle's cabin air filter and engine air filter at each CSM, while there is no additional labor associated with replacement when needed, the cost of the actual filters is not covered in the case of a complimentary CSM.

Program Continuity: Covenant Automotive reserves the right to modify or conclude this referral program framework at any time without prior notice, though all earned and verified credits will be fully honored.
